Irvine Ranch Conservancy and OC Parks Host Ricoh Electronics Land Stewardship Event
Removal of invasive weeds from Weir Canyon
The Irvine Ranch Conservancy (IRC) and OC Parks are pleased to announce a land stewardship event in partnership with Ricoh Electronics on Saturday, March 21 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Staff and family members from Ricoh Electronics along with IRC staff and volunteers and OC Parks will work together to remove milk thistle and other invasive weeds from rare live-oak woodlands in Weir Canyon, part of the Irvine Ranch Natural Landmarks. OC Parks is co-sponsoring the event at Irvine Regional Park, 1 Irvine Park Road Orange, CA 92862.
